Laura's Exam Results

My step daughter Laura received her GSCE exam results today...
She did us all proud, especially herself, by getting 8 A grades, 2 B grades and 1 C grade.
Congraulations Laura, your mom and I are very proud of you.

Megan is 6 today. I can hardly believe it, Megan was 3 when I met Maxine and now she is 6. Wow how time flies. Happy Birthday Megan xxx

House Hunting

Having viewed quite a few houses in and around the south / south east area of Stafford, we have finally found a house we like. We are going to view the house again this coming wednesday and will probably make an offer. In the meantime, I'm getting our house valued by three estate agents with a view to getting it put on the market. All the agents are coming out this week, so our house will hopefully be up for sale by the weekend.

Chester the Beagle

After nearly two weeks on Steriods, Chester is recovering well from Beagle Meningitis Artheritis, or Beagle Pain Syndrome. His back legs are still a little wobbly but is managing to jump up on the pouffee at last, which means he can now enjoy his favourite pastime of watching all the goings on out of the front window.

News and Announcements
All of you who know us will already know that Maxine is expecting our first child. Max is now just past 24 weeks and getting rather large as she expected. We are possibly looking to move house within the next year to a different area of Stafford. There a are a few reasons why, but mainly because Max will be giving up work after the baby arrives and wants to start a child minding business. So we're looking for a house in or around the Baswich, Walton-on the hill, Wildwood area as this is the catchment area for Walton High School. As this is the best school in Staffordshire, not only do we want our kids to get a good education, Max is more likely to pick up business...more later...
